Verady provides cryptocurrency accounting and audit technology services through VeraNet, where financial institutions, corporations, and individuals can audit, account, and report on blockchain assets. Verady believes traditional accounting systems, firms, and standards are currently lacking functionality around cryptocurrencies. VeraNet will be the bridge between cryptocurrencies and traditional financial accounting which is needed to further their acceptance and growth.

Kell has over 25 years of experience in technology development and building companies that capitalize on identity, audit and payments utilizing advanced technology.
Kell is co-founder of Verady and leads product direction and business development efforts. Prior to Verady, Kell started Coinpliance in 2013 to advance regulatory innovation in Bitcoin. Before Coinpliance, he co-founded multiple Fintech startups including a market leading real-time identity, credit, and risk assessment company that was acquired into Fair Isaac Corporation.
Kell holds a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and lives in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a licensed pilot, advanced scuba diver, and a video production volunteer.

Nathan has over 4 years experience working and developing commercial systems in various technologies.
Nathan is co-founder of Verady and has led the technical growth of the firm from the concept phase through multiple implementations and the technical architecture of the company’s services. He brings critical expertise in both the blockchain and user interface work as well as project management of a dynamic and rapidly changing technology base. Nathan was also the lead system engineer with Coinpliance where he and Kell first worked together. In addition, Nathan has been employed by BitPay in the Blockchain space, as well as LogicBlox, ClickSquared and the Georgia Tech Research Institute through the Department of Defense.
Nathan holds a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and lives in Atlanta Georgia.
